We developed an online English test management system using PHP Laravel, with a MySQL (RDS) database hosted on AWS and email integration via AWS Simple Email Service (SES). The platform enables institutions to create questions and levels, manage online assessments, and track knowledge progress by student or group. With secure cloud hosting, centralized data management, and automated workflows, the system enhances testing efficiency, assessment accuracy, and institutional decision-making.
